The Company

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team and take on a challenging role in client-side project delivery.

Salary:

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project meetings, site visits, and progress updates to ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and resources to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, including commercial, residential, retail, and industrial developments.
  • Strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
