Construction Project Coordinator in Sydney

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our reputable clients in the Fit-out & Refurbishment space in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing complex projects in a fast-paced construction environment. As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with Project Managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in creating detailed project schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, change orders, and RFIs (Requests for Information).
  • Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Budget & Resource Tracking: Help track project budgets, manage procurement processes, and monitor resource allocation.
  • Site Visits: Support site managers in ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues, resolve conflicts, and find solutions to keep projects on track.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
