About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the largest sector in the Southern hemisphere. As an Operational Improvement Specialist, you will work on large-scale projects offering innovative solutions, collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

You will:

  • Analyse and consolidate information from project teams, service providers, SMEs, and school staff to develop business cases, briefs, project plans, and reports.
  • Design tools and implement processes to identify and facilitate improvements to business systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management.
  • Develop and use information collateral such as process maps, checklists, templates, and guides to assist with training and implementing defined processes.
  • Facilitate product showcases, demonstrating how requirements and processes are supported by system changes.
  • Identify business challenges/gaps and initiate process improvement projects with recommendations.
Key Skills and Experience

We are seeking an individual with demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and business intelligence. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively explaining technical concepts and creating solutions that support business requirements.
