This role is a fantastic opportunity to join CIM, a leading company in Australia that's making waves in the industry with their innovative approach to sustainability. We're looking for a skilled Building Operations Specialist who will partner with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive adoption of our Peak Platform.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per year

About the Role:

  • As a Building Operations Specialist at CIM, you'll work alongside a Customer Success Manager to partner on assigned client portfolios, delivering an unparalleled customer experience and driving the adoption of our platform.
  • Your primary objective will be to understand client needs, empathize with their challenges, and provide tailored solutions to ensure growth, satisfaction, and retention.
  • You'll own customer accounts, creating loyal, repeat customers and contributing to integration activities for new clients, working closely with our onboarding/integrations team.
  • You'll also create champions across various functions within each site, drive adoption and engagement of our Peak Platform through training and continuous engagement, and be a PEAK expert and advocate for CIM.
  • Additionally, you'll oversee technical HVAC activities, including understanding, evaluating, and configuring diagnostics to perform automated fault detection on customer's HVAC equipment.

About You:

  • We're looking for a University qualification in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic/BMS engineering (or a similar field) with 2-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Familiarity with Building Management System (BMS) and knowledge of building services is essential, as well as experience in a customer-facing role and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A competitive salary, excellent oral and written communication skills, and willingness to travel to client sites are also required.
