We are seeking an experienced Operational Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Healthdirect Australia.

Job Description

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of our services, including the Healthdirect helpline and After Hours GP. You will work closely with our Service Managers and other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management: Develop and implement schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation and service delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of Contact Centre performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contract Management: Collaborate with service providers to ensure contract adherence and timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with our quality program team to develop and implement processes that drive continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide high-quality reporting and analytics on operational efficiency and service standards using QLIK.
  • Project Coordination: Support the coordination of projects related to service optimisation and improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
