Senior Process Improvement Specialist

Endeavour Group is a leading provider of beverages and hospitality services. We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Improvement Specialist to join our Optimisation team.
About the RoleThis is a 24-month fixed-term opportunity that offers a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sustainable cost and value outcomes for the business by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end business diagnostics to identify areas for improvement;
- Developing project pipelines to drive bottom-line business benefits;
- Reviewing baseline operations profiles and processes to identify opportunities for optimisation;
- Defining business problems and developing hypotheses for potential solutions;
- Validating hypotheses with key stakeholders;
- Providing insights and recommendations for business transformation, process design, and change management;
- Designing and implementing new operating models to support opportunity hypotheses;
- Supporting the delivery of transformation projects within specified timeframes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in Business/Process Improvement within an operational environment;
- Experience in using structured problem-solving approaches;
- Ability to conduct detailed assessments and synthesise information into digestible outputs;
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher;
- Experience working in a cross-functional project team environment.
