We are seeking a skilled Operations Expert for Process Improvement to join our team at DP World Australia Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in optimizing terminal processes and improving operational efficiency.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for analyzing and mapping terminal processes to identify inefficiencies, developing process documentation and optimization strategies, and leading process standardization efforts across the terminals. Your expertise will also be utilized to implement solutions for performance improvement and efficiency gains, monitor processes continuously for improvement opportunities, and provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for standardized processes.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Analyze and map terminal processes to identify bottlenecks and document workflows.
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead process standardization efforts across the terminals to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Implement solutions for performance improvement and efficiency gains, and continuously monitor processes for improvement opportunities.
  • Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for standardized processes.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as relevant experience in port operations, terminal systems, logistics, or supply chain. Advanced knowledge of TOS configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization, as well as proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and experience in project management for system and process improvements are highly desirable.

Salary Range: AU$100,000 - AU$130,000 per annum
