Job Title: Sales Transformation Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and customer outcomes in our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading sales teams with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets and exceed client expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a sales leader with a strong track record of success
  • Proven ability to lead change and transformation in a large-scale industrial services or manufacturing business
  • Strategic depth combined with hands-on approach to sales leadership
  • Ability to influence CRM selection and implementation, e-commerce and digital marketing improvements, and designing the right structure
  • Cultural fit with a leader who puts their team first, develops leadership capability, and is passionate about coaching & mentoring
