Drive Sales Excellence

This is a key leadership role where you will have the opportunity to drive transformational change by establishing a Sales Centre of Excellence. You will work directly with senior leaders, including the EGM and GMs, to optimise CRM, playbooks, and sales processes.

  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales operations professional who has a proven track record of driving sales process improvements, CRM optimisation, and capability uplift.

This role offers a chance to influence sales capability across 500-600 salespeople, enabling data-driven decision-making and improved customer experience.

You will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities
  • Optimising CRM systems to improve data quality, reporting, and sales team engagement.
  • Developing and implementing Sales Playbooks and supporting their adoption across the organisation.
  • Driving continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and systems to boost productivity.
  • Providing data-driven insights to enable decision-making and sales success.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly analytical, with strong business improvement and change management experience. A customer-centric approach, collaboration skills, and effective communication are essential.
