About the Opportunity

As a sales leader, you will oversee a defined geographic area and lead end-to-end sales motions for scaled Agile solutions. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption among key customers.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing feedback to inform product and engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop territory plans and account strategies
  • Partner with strategic account teams on account planning and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with solution partners and global system integrators
  • Forecast and manage pipelines for scaled Agile solutions
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks and Lean Portfolio Management
  • Experience driving transformational deals in Enterprise software sales
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to grow Enterprise accounts through cross-selling and upselling
