Transformation Leader

We're seeking a skilled transformation leader to shape the strategic direction of our owned media ecosystem. As a senior leader, you will drive transformative change at the intersection of media, data, and customer experience.

The role is responsible for driving world-class customer experiences and enterprise-wide impact. You will architect and operationalise the Group's owned media vision, integrating strategic partnerships, technology roadmap, data infrastructure, and customer experience to elevate and deliver our retail media platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sets and governs the strategic direction for our owned media portfolio, aligning with enterprise objectives and market dynamics.
  • Champions technology and data strategy integration to enable scalable, compliant, and media delivery across all channels.
  • Leads commercialisation strategy for owned media assets, driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic partnerships and technology roadmap.
  • Establishes tracking and measurement framework to assess value and attribution across marketing channels and capabilities.
  • Oversees cross-functional program governance, ensuring alignment with Group risk, compliance, and financial frameworks.
  • Unlocks enhanced customer experiences through content, digital media, and partnership experiences.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of current owned marketing initiatives and leads the design of product, technology, and service development in retail media to build market share and adoption with target markets.
  • Oversees media sales and partnerships team and translates pipeline of opportunities to unlock performance at scale.
