">About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives that boost efficiency, executive visibility, and organizational growth.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Regional Sales Strategy: Define and lead regional sales operations strategy, aligning with company goals and revenue plans.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with senior sales, marketing, finance, and customer success leaders to drive go-to-market efficiency.
  • Operational Rigor: Provide insights and operational rigor to support strategic decisions as a trusted advisor to sales leadership.
  • Pipeline Visibility: Own regional sales forecasting, delivering accurate data-backed forecasts and establishing models for pipeline visibility and risk assessment.
  • Sales Process Design: Design and implement standardized, scalable sales processes and workflows across the full sales cycle.
  • Crm Governance: Lead CRM governance, ensuring system integrity and adoption across the sales org.
Additonal Responsibilities:
  • Annual Planning Cycle: Lead annual planning cycle for quota and territory assignments, balancing growth goals with rep-level attainability.
  • Territory Design: Oversee territory design, ensuring effective use of resources.
