As a strategic leader, you'll build and nurture a high-performing team of Account Executives, fostering rigorous sales discipline and pioneering AI integration into our sales and go-to-market strategies.

You will be responsible for implementing and executing comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets for the APAC region.

We're looking for an experienced sales leader who can drive growth in one of our priority geographic regions.

This is a new role reporting directly to the Head of Go-to-Market APAC.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Coach for Excellence: Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to high-achieving Enterprise Account Executives, empowering them to exceed targets and develop their skills.
  • Talent Density: Take ownership of the talent pipeline for Enterprise AEs from strategic hiring and onboarding to ongoing professional development.
  • Drive Sales Discipline & Performance: Implement and champion rigorous sales processes, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Master Sales Methodologies: Leverage expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and SPICED to optimize sales approaches.
  • Innovate with AI in Sales & Go-to-Market: Explore, pilot, and implement AI-powered tools and strategies to enhance prospecting, personalization, forecasting, and overall sales efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the APAC region.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of leading sales and go-to-market teams within high-growth SaaS businesses in ANZ and APAC.
  • Demonstrated experience leading sales transformations, including product-led growth to sales-led growth, horizontal solutions to industry-focused solutions, and small to medium business to true enterprise sales and success.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of go-to-market strategies, including marketing, demand generation, sales, partnerships, customer success, and leadership to ensure teams work together effectively.
  • Understanding of modern AI go-to-market tools and their potential impact on sales growth.
  • Relentless focus on customer needs, market challenges, and partnership excellence.
  • Experience working in a truly global environment, navigating time zones, cultures, and geographies.
