
Strategic Workforce Leader

The Strategic Workforce Leader will design and execute a forward-looking workforce strategy that aligns with Nova's long-term vision.
This role is crucial in shaping how Nova performs, leads, and grows.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Workforce Planning: Lead Nova's workforce planning to ensure alignment with long-term goals and talent needs.
- Capability Frameworks: Design and implement development and competency frameworks to grow internal capability.
- Cultural Leadership: Drive the evolution of Nova's cultural identity and embed high performance through change management frameworks.
- Performance Strategy: Develop and implement performance systems and recognition programs.
- Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Strengthen Nova's EVP and people policy suite, championing inclusion and engagement.
A proven track record in senior HR leadership or workforce strategy is essential. Expertise in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and cultural transformation is also required.

- Expertise in strategic workforce planning and organisational design
- Experience building and embedding capability frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influence at Executive and Board level
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or Organisational Psychology
