Dynamic HR Leadership

The role of the HR Director encompasses leading all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This includes developing and executing a strategic workforce plan aligned with business objectives and global HR vision.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and team growth. The HR Director will lead and develop the HR Team, overseeing efficient and compliant HR operations.

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of HR, acting as a strategic business partner, designing and implementing a localised HR strategy, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, managing compensation and benefits, handling employee relations, and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.

To be successful in this role, you require a minimum of 10 years' HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. A Bachelor's degree or qualification in HR or a related field is necessary, along with proven HR business partner skills and strong stakeholder influence and relationship management skills.
