Identify, develop, and grow talent, and build organizational-wide capability.
Requirements
Deep experience in HR business partnering, workforce planning, and organizational design as an HR leader (minimum 5 years' experience at this level).
Proven ability to lead and influence executives and senior leaders.
A continuous improvement mindset and ability to reflect on HR processes, policies, and practices.
Solid understanding of HR risk, governance, and compliance frameworks.
