Job Title: Strategic Workforce Planning Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to develop and integrate a future-focused, data-driven workforce planning capability across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and globally implement ResMed's SWP framework aligned with enterprise strategy, financial planning, and operational cycles.
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable workforce initiatives (build, buy, borrow, bot).
  • Institutionalize workforce planning as a core business function through playbooks, leader enablement, and planning routines.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, workforce planning, or strategic operations with global exposure.
  • Proven success leading end-to-end workforce planning in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to convert strategy into operational plans.
