Job Title: Strategic Workforce Planning Director

We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and integration of a future-focused, data-driven workforce planning capability across our global organization.

  • To drive exceptional business outcomes, you'll be responsible for aligning talent strategies with business and financial forecasts.
  • You'll design and globally roll out our SWP framework, translating strategic plans into actionable workforce levers.
  • Institutionalize workforce planning as a core business capability through playbooks, leader enablement, and planning routines.

You'll partner closely with senior leaders across functions to drive productivity, workforce agility, and capability-based planning. This is a rare opportunity to shape a new capability, bringing strategic alignment, operational impact, and scalable practices to life.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years in HR, workforce planning, or strategic operations with global exposure.
  • Proven success leading end-to-end workforce planning in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to convert strategy into operational plans.
