About the RoleThis is a full-time position working 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible start / finish hours negotiable for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have some previous experience in administration and customer service, strong communication skills, and computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Preparing customer quotes, orders and supplier orders.
- Packaging orders and arranging logistics.
- Scheduling installation jobs.
- Preparing mobilization to sites.
- General office administration.
You will predominantly be dealing with our industrial customers, so previous experience working in a similar position with industrial goods / customers would be highly regarded.
Requirements- A minimum of [A$45,000] per annum salary, depending on experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills - Experience with MYOB (or similar) will be highly regarded.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Friendly, easy-going nature.
