About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Administrator to join our national administration team in Perth.

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our project teams, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality word processing support, including proofreading, editing, and formatting documents;
  • Delegating or being delegated tasks within the administration team, ensuring they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures;
  • Liaising with employees, vendors, clients, and suppliers regarding all administration information;
  • Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties;
  • Assisting with special projects, such as process improvements;
  • Providing assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as needed;
  • Working in accordance with timelines and tasks supplied via the Administration Ticket Desk in Umwelt's SharePoint system;
  • Scheduling, attending, and taking minutes in team meetings;
  • Expense and timesheet allocation;
  • Fleet car management;
  • Equipment purchasing;
  • Travel bookings and mobilisation assistance, including induction requirements;
  • Undertaking data entry, mail merge tasks, and editing PowerPoint presentations;
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm;
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • The ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, prioritizing tasks and coordinating others to ensure deadlines are met;
  • A high degree of professional integrity and pride in the quality of work, with a strong ownership of responsibilities/accountabilities;
  • An inquisitive nature, seeking opportunities to enhance presentation and quality of documents;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat;
