Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join our team in Muchea.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive remuneration package and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Create and action purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and contractors as needed.
  • Assist in processing payroll for over 55 employees, maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements.
  • Balancing of hauled products with clients on a daily basis.
  • Process end-of-month reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and other ad hoc duties.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Prior experience within the mining, logistics, and/or heavy transportation industries, preferably with accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
  • Payroll experience is also essential.
  • Familiarity with software such as Connect, Mainpac, Oracle, Rapid, and Microster is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including data entry and spreadsheet management.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a supportive team environment and ongoing development opportunities for career growth.
