The Role

We seek an extremely organised and proactive Senior Administrative Professional to join our dynamic team and deliver comprehensive administrative support to a group of senior executives across INX K2fly. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Diary Management: Oversee complex schedules and coordinate meetings, ensuring executives' time is optimised and prioritised effectively.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Inbox Management: Monitor, prioritise, and respond to emails on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure that follow-up actions are completed efficiently.
  • General Administration: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing reports, documents, and presentations, ensuring smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with calendar and travel management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges and a positive, adaptable attitude.
  • A great can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
