Our client, a leading mining company, is seeking a highly skilled Site Administrator to join their team. With a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the resources sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative functions to support smooth operations at the mining site. This includes coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for site personnel, as well as assisting with payroll processing, timesheet management, and expense claims.

In addition to maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies, the Site Administrator will also provide administrative support to site managers and supervisors as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative functions to support smooth operations at the mining site.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for site personnel.
  • Assist with payroll processing, timesheet management, and expense claims.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to site managers and supervisors as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Administrator or similar role in the mining or construction industry.
  • SAP experience.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with administrative systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
