A recent contract extension at our Mount Pleasant Operation introduced a new fleet of heavy machinery and expanded our team located in the Upper Hunter Valley.

As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will strive for excellence in fleet maintenance and management, working a flexible roster that includes 12 hour days, nights, and weekend shifts.

This leadership role coordinates all workshop maintenance activities, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, managing community and environmental compliance, and meeting production and cost targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and servicing of mobile equipment
  2. Ensuring equipment is well maintained, clean, and fit for purpose, with efficient breakdown management
  3. Collaborating with subcontractors to achieve alignment between project goals and subcontract compliance
  4. Coordinating and controlling ongoing maintenance during major shutdown repairs
  5. Leading employees to maintain a workplace free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment, where everyone is treated with respect
