Fleet Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Fleet Administration Manager to lead our fleet operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of essential services across various locations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to implement industry best practices, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to the success of our organisation.

About the Role

Fleet Administration Managers play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of fleet management, from acquisition and utilisation through to maintenance, replacement planning, and compliance.

  • Oversight of fleet acquisition, utilisation, maintenance, replacement planning, and compliance
  • Development and administration of fleet policy in support of operational continuity, sustainability, and optimising total operating cost outcomes
  • Collaboration with logistics, finance, regional directors, and external providers to deliver cost-effective and compliant outcomes

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of fleet management, with hands-on experience using fleet management and telematics platforms to support operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or a combination of qualifications and substantial experience in fleet management and operations
  • Strong experience in fleet operations and management, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, disposal, and overall portfolio oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to apply industry best practices, comply with relevant legislation, and organisational policies and standards

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their expertise in procurement, contract management, and vehicle administration, as well as strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
