We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fleet Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a critical member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our mobile fleet.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for maintenance engineering to make a real impact in our organization. You will have the chance to work closely with our production and maintenance teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term maintenance plans aligned with production goals
- Improve asset reliability using tools like RCM, FMEA, and root cause analysis
- Create capital justifications and manage projects
- Lead investigations into equipment failures
- Cultivate a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the maintenance team
Requirements:
- Engineering qualification or relevant trade background
- Experience in maintenance planning, supervision, or reliability engineering
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with mobile fleet maintenance and CMMS systems
