About Mobile Fleet Maintenance Role
Job Description
At Tomago Aluminium, our people are transforming the business for a sustainable future. The role of Reliability Engineer is available for an energetic individual to develop and optimize maintenance strategies for our mobile fleet and related assets.
We offer a career of reward and growth and are looking for someone who can improve reliability, extend asset life, and reduce costs whilst continuously improving maintenance strategies. This will be achieved by collaborating with maintenance and production teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and support capital planning.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead or support investigations into equipment failures, coach and mentor teams in reliability practices, contribute to safety planning and participate in toolbox meetings.
- Engineering qualification or relevant trade background
- Experience in maintenance planning, supervision, or reliability engineering
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with mobile fleet maintenance and SAP CMMS
- Industry experience
