Mobile Fleet Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Reliability Specialist to develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies for our mobile fleet and related assets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reliability-centered maintenance, failure mode effects analysis, and root cause analysis.

Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute long-term maintenance plans aligned with production goals.
- Improve asset reliability through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead investigations into equipment failures and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Coach teams in reliability best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing across departments.
- Engineering degree or relevant trade background.
- Experience in maintenance planning, supervision, or reliability engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with mobile fleet maintenance and SAP CMMS.
