Client Relations Liaison

About the Role:
Mercer is seeking a skilled Client Relations Liaison to join our Fund Operations team in Wollongong. As a key point of contact, you will provide timely and professional responses to client queries, escalated matters, and requests for information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with client stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed formal reports and informal reports as required in line with stakeholder expectations.
- Resolve issues and respond to requests from internal stakeholders and the client.
- Act as a conduit and facilitation point for internal Mercer escalations that require client consideration or decisions.
Requirements:
- Good analytical skills.
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently and self-directed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
