Job Overview

The Guest Services Ambassador plays a pivotal role in crafting exceptional guest experiences that foster long-term relationships.

This individual is responsible for delivering genuine hospitality and thoughtful services to employees and visitors at our offices in the Sydney CBD.

  • Greet visitors, manage check-ins, and provide orientation at events.
  • Coordinate with security to maintain a safe environment.
  • Assist with event setup, manage guest lists, and provide on-site support.
  • Coordinate high-level visits and personalized experiences for executives and key clients.
  • Collect feedback, implement improvements, and enhance guest experiences.
  • Work with various teams to align guest services with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain visitor records, prepare reports, and manage guest-related activities.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience working in Hospitality, Business Administration, or corporate concierge or related fields.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours and weekend events as needed.
  • Strong administrative skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deliver services of high quality.
  • A warm and welcoming nature with passion for creating lasting impressions.
  • Highly confident communicator and strong professional interpersonal skills.
