Partnership Development Specialist

This role involves developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow corporate partnerships, as well as managing day-to-day relationships with these partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop annual partnership strategies and maintain monthly forecasts for the team's performance.
- Deliver on key partnership goals and objectives set by senior management.
- Source new partnership opportunities through research, networking, and other means.
- Nurture existing partnerships to ensure they are delivering mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in current partnerships and implement changes to address these issues.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to ensure they align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage the development and production of communications materials related to partnerships.
- Ensure that licensing requirements are met for all partnership initiatives.
- Grow workplace giving opportunities within existing partner organizations and through new partnerships and channels.
- Ensure that all partnership activities are conducted in an ethical and responsible manner.
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of six years' experience in sponsorship, marketing, communications, or business development. Relevant tertiary qualifications and supporting certifications are also desirable. Key skills include relationship management, new business opportunity management, collaboration, strategic thinking, operational delivery, and budget management.
As a seasoned professional in this field, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
