Job Title: Partnership Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Partnership Development Specialist to assist our sales team in onboarding, managing, and supporting clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Onboard corporate customers and set up their products and services
  • Induct customers onto our live reporting dashboard
  • Manage the successful delivery of products and services to customers
  • Liaise with internal writers and content team to deliver products and services in a timely manner
  • Deal management and closing
  • Publish adverts, articles, and send mailouts
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Prepare monthly sales and statistics reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative or account support position
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Experience in Investor Relations, Funds Management, or ASX Listed Businesses
  • Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that liaises with a variety of internal & external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workflow & manage your time efficiently
  • Exposure to CRM systems highly regarded
  • Team player with a positive disposition
  • A positive and proactive approach with a willingness to learn
