Regional Lifestyle Specialist

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Lifestyle Specialist to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding the Wellbeing Framework and Catholic Healthcare's new Model of Care across a portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes within Southern Sydney, Southern and Regional NSW.
Key responsibilities include assisting with implementation and embedding CHL Wellbeing Framework, contributing to the development of wellbeing systems, processes and programs, and coaching and development of Lifestyle Coordinator/s and teams within your region.
The ideal candidate will have an innovative approach with a keen interest in understanding industry trends and have the ability to effectively influence and educate to support positive change.
- Assisting with implementation and embedding CHL Wellbeing Framework
- Contributing to the development of wellbeing systems, processes and programs
- Coaching and development of Lifestyle Coordinator/s and teams within your region
- Monitor compliance with relevant Standards for Lifestyle/Wellbeing, Model of Care
- Identify and appropriately manage risk to improve the lifestyle experience
