Head of Coaching Performance

The Scots College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Head of Coaching Performance. This role is a critical part of our coaching team, responsible for driving excellence in coaching across all campuses.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership and coaches to design and implement a coaching curriculum that aligns with the College's values and goals.
- Recruit, hire, and develop a team of coaches who embody the College's values and are committed to excellence.
- Develop and implement professional development and performance review frameworks to ensure coaches are equipped to deliver high-quality coaching.
- Ensure coaches are aligned with College values, AAGPS bylaws, and the Code of Conduct.
- Oversee team selection policies and conduct coaching workshops to enhance coaching skills.
- Manage resources to support the College's mission and ensure effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Bachelor of Education Degree and ideally a Master of Educational Leadership or significant experience in leading whole school initiatives to improve student outcomes.
- Demonstrated understanding of school improvement through data analysis.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to work within tight timeframes and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of and experience in school organisation policy and procedures.
- Commitment to nurturing positive relationships between students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Valid working with children check.
- Commitment to ongoing learning in alignment with the development directions of The Scots College.
- Purpose, persistence, and reflection.
- Commitment to growth and progressively attaining goals through curiosity and asking key questions.
