About the Role

The Academy of Warren is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People and Culture to join our Executive Team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving performance and building a values-driven culture across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive People and Culture strategy that supports our business growth objectives, ensuring prioritization of best practice governance and employee engagement.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of a reward and incentive strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  3. Partner with the Executive Team and Finance to develop and implement an annual performance and remuneration review process for all eligible team members.
  4. Coach, guide, and advise senior management on employee relations, partnering with the Executive Team to create a motivating, supportive, and productive work environment across all levels of the organization.
  5. Develop and deliver strategic People and Culture plans that align with our overall business growth objectives.
  6. Drive talent acquisition and management processes, including continuous learning and development.
  7. Develop and implement inclusion and diversity initiatives that promote a values-based, results-driven culture.
  8. Oversee the development and implementation of employee standards and procedures.
  9. Lead the implementation of an HRIS system.
  10. Research, develop, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

About You

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR professional with a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. You will have a strong background in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, and excellent knowledge of Remuneration & Performance in an ASX context. You will also have demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.

We are looking for someone with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and have a high level of integrity and professionalism.
