Key Responsibilities

  2. Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and implement a technology strategy and roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, driving innovation and growth.
  3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of experienced engineers, solution architects, and technical specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure their success.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business leaders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive business outcomes.
  5. Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that we have the best possible partnerships to support our technology needs.
  6. Metrics and Performance: Establish and track key performance metrics, ensuring that our engineering teams are delivering high-quality solutions and meeting business objectives.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, with a strong track record of delivering business outcomes.
  2. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software development, architecture, and engineering principles, with experience in leading technical teams.
