This role is responsible for collaborating with leadership and coaches to design and oversee a coaching curriculum across all campuses, recruit and hire staff, and develop professional development and performance review frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership and coaches to design and implement a coaching curriculum that aligns with the College's values and mission.
- Recruit, hire, and develop a team of coaches who embody the College's values and are committed to excellence.
- Develop and implement professional development and performance review frameworks that support the growth and development of coaches.
- Ensure coaches align with College values, AAGPS bylaws, and the Code of Conduct.
- Oversee team selection policies and conduct coaching workshops to support the development of coaches.
- Manage resources to support the College's mission and ensure the effective delivery of coaching programs.
- Bachelor of Education Degree and ideally a Master of Educational Leadership or significant experience and a proven track record of leading whole school initiatives to improve student outcomes.
- Demonstrated understanding of school improvement through the analysis of data.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the proven ability to work within tight timeframes and capacity to effectively manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in, school organisation policy and procedures.
- Demonstrated commitment to nurturing positive relationships between students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Valid working with children check.
- Commitment to ongoing learning in alignment with the development directions of The Scots College.
- Characterised by purpose, persistence, and reflection.
