Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver professional learning programs for teachers, focusing on evidence-based instructional practices.
  • Collaborate with school leaders to ensure consistency and excellence in the delivery of learning and teaching.
  • Work with Heads of Performance to implement strategies that improve student outcomes.
  • Ensure the accessibility of evidence-based resources for teachers and lead educational initiatives that enhance student engagement and overall learning experience.
Requirements
  • Capacity and desire to contribute to the ethos and strategic intent of Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese.
  • Demonstrated depth of knowledge of pedagogy and contemporary educational practice.
  • Highly developed capacity to effectively lead a team and to promote professional growth and school improvement.
  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
  • Current NSW Teacher Accreditation.
  • Ideal 10+ years of teaching and/or 5+ years of Educational Leadership experience.
  • Current Working With Children Clearance.
