We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Psychologist to join our growing private psychology practice based in Townsville, Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work with a diverse range of clients, providing individual and couples therapy, assessment, and positive behaviour support plans.
About the RoleThis permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary and a supportive team environment. As a Psychologist with our practice, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously, managing your own caseload and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy, assessment, and report writing services to clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans and strategies.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our practice through regular supervision and peer review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- AHPRA Registration or Provisional Registration as a Psychologist.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with adults, children, and families.
- Familiarity with Gottman Method in couples therapy (desirable).
This role offers a competitive salary package, including:
- $79,523 - $119,850 per annum (full-time).
