Job Overview: Permhunt is seeking an experienced Medical Territory Sales Specialist to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the APAC region. Key responsibilities include managing distributors and key opinion leaders, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and analyzing sales data to track performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales and operations plans through distributor sales.
  • Manage distributors and key opinion leaders and key influencer relationships.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support new product launches and promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales data and financial reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent market knowledge and experience with medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Experience in managing distributor networks and key customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a sales manager.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.

Travel Requirements:

  • 50% travel possible.
