The Role

We are seeking a Territory Manager for our Neurosurgical division in Sydney, New South Wales. This role involves selling capital products, requiring experience in the longer sales cycle process and a proven track record of winning new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers.
  • Build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities.
  • Evolve into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
  • Devise a strategic business plan and monitor your territory, sharing findings with the Regional Manager.
  • Address product issues using your knowledge and resourcefulness.
  • Present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff, providing technical expertise to registrars, nurses, and other personnel as required.
  • Oversee the maintenance of product inventory.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of influencing sales, whether in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset, always striving to exceed expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
