The Infrastructure Manager will play a crucial role in the management, establishment, and execution of all Civil Infrastructure and Services coordination to support the development of industrial, retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This role will involve working closely with the Senior Development Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to feasibility studies, risk identification, and assessment, as well as the evaluation of alternatives.
- Manage planning, design, stakeholder, engineering, and legal issues.
- Be conversant with local planning approval processes, development controls, Road and Stormwater engineering standards, Services design and delivery, Subdivision, and Land Titling.
- Prepare and lodge Development Applications and engage in meetings and correspondence to support the application.
- Manage the delivery of infrastructure construction projects within time, cost, and quality parameters, including tendering, selection, appointment, management, and reporting in line with the program and development consent.
- Understand and manage an integrated construction program that includes the masterplan, infrastructure delivery, and coordination with the broader public realm of the Estate.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Civil Engineering or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in industrial, retail, residential, or commercial sectors. They will possess excellent relationship skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, and hold tertiary qualifications in Civil or Environmental Engineering or construction management. Project management qualifications are desirable.

Salary $170k - $220k inclusive of super plus bonuses.
