About our Utilities Team

We offer a range of services in strategic planning, collaborative contracting models, and asset management to deliver water and wastewater projects.

We work closely with clients to provide innovative solutions for complex infrastructure needs.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Utilities business in New South Wales.

This role offers an opportunity to shape systems and processes, bring governance frameworks to life, and play a pivotal part in our next stage of growth.

The successful candidate will have experience in engineering management within the water and wastewater sector, with hands-on experience in contractor-side delivery.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and overseeing engineering management for water and wastewater projects from design through to construction.
  • Developing systems, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Collaborating with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with project objectives.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance across design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

This role can be based in either our Sydney office or in one of our other key metropolitan offices, with travel as required.

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
