About the Role

We are looking for two dynamic and experienced Supervisors to oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. As a Supervisor with Infrastructure People, you will work alongside industry experts in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment where success is celebrated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project execution, compliance with standards, and high-quality workmanship.
  • Supervise and manage crews to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Work closely with project managers and engineers to meet project milestones and objectives.
  • Maintain a safety-first culture across all aspects of project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor within the FRP industry, ideally in rail infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery and site management processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with project teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality.
