About the Role:

  • As a Strategic Commercial Director, you will play a critical role in guiding our business through commercial decisions, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing complex financial models.
  • You will work closely with Managing Directors to build out and maintain revenue growth strategies for new client tenders and existing client relationships.
  • Your expertise in managing large sets of data and providing strategic guidance will be invaluable in driving profitability across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding the business through commercial decisions, highlighting opportunities for growth and developing complex financial models
  • Building out and maintaining revenue growth strategies for new client tenders and existing client relationships
  • Leading monthly forecast and budget processes, taking ownership of robust analysis and providing strategic guidance back to the business
  • Managing large sets of data, taking insight to support decision-making, ensuring a maintained level of accuracy and integrity across all systems and processes

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Track record of successfully partnering with business stakeholders - including those without a financial background
  • High level of commercial acumen and ability to confidently communicate strategic thinking, influence all levels and challenge ideas
  • Proven ability to construct and interpret complex contracts
  • Hands-on and high-energy approach, ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, and problem-solve on the spot
