About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Director to lead our Service Agreement (SA) and Service Repair (SR) business across Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategy for our Service Sales team while driving national revenue growth. Your primary objective will be to provide leadership and direction to the Service Sales organization, as well as develop a customer-centric solution sales culture.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 10 years' experience in the HVAC industry, with a proven track record of managing a portfolio of strategic accounts. You should be skilled in value-based B2B selling processes and techniques, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for developing senior customer relationships. Additionally, you should have a strong analytical ability and diagnostic capabilities, as well as experience working effectively in a complex, matrixed corporate environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Sales Director, your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing strategic accounts: Develop and maintain customer relationships, identify and qualify sales opportunities
• Leading account planning: Ensure account plans align with customer needs and company goals
• Developing solutions: Tailor proposals and solutions to the customer's buying cycle
• Negotiating contracts: Conduct professional negotiations to meet sales and margin targets
• Collaborating: Work with sales teams, industry stakeholders, and internal departments to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Monitoring performance: Track sales metrics, implement improvements, and achieve sales targets
• Using CRM: Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, updating opportunities, and forecasting
• Gathering market intelligence: Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Closing sales and onboarding customers: Oversee the sales closure process and coordinate customer onboarding
• Leading and coaching: Guide and resolve challenges within the sales team and collaborate with leadership
