
Rostering Coordinator: Employee Experience Specialist

We are a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. Our care home is nestled in a picturesque beachside suburb of Eastern Sydney, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere.
As a Business Administrator at our care home, you will be responsible for supporting the operation of our facility, including administrative tasks, employee services, and resident placement. You will work closely with our General Manager and another Business Administrator to ensure the smooth running of our care home.
Duties and Responsibilities- Support and oversee the Care home employee experience through administering rosters, payroll, training, compliance, HR, recruitment activities, complete the onboarding and induction of new starters, managing annual and sick leave in the rosters.
- Provide prospective residents and loved ones with a warm, welcoming, and informative introduction to our care home by being the key lead in handling enquiries and coordinating admissions.
- Effectively lead the customer and administrative experience function of the care home, ensuring customer service is delivered to the highest of standards.
- Patient empathy when dealing with worried family members or confused residents.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills to reassure and follow up with residents and families.
- Intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite.
- Previous experience gained in a similar admin/customer service role.
- Previous experience in rosters, payroll and general HR function including recruitment.
- Highly developed organisation and time management skills, prioritisation and self-direction is key in this role.
