I-MED Radiology Network is currently seeking a professional, reliable and team motivated **Doctor Rostering and Administration Officer**to join their friendly team at **Mount Waverley administration office**. This will be a **Full-Time** position, **7:00am to 3:00pm** with work from home options.

Reporting to the Doctor Rostering and Credentialing Coordinator, you will support I-MED Radiology Victoria's Doctor and Management team. The role includes responsibility for a number of credentialing and compliance databases as well as weekly, weekend and on-call roster management, along with other general administration.

You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, be familiar with healthcare and the various compliance requirements along with excellent communication and organisational skills. We are looking for a positive self-starter with a flexible can-do attitude.

**Responsibilities Include**:
Credentialing database management - including entering new and maintaining existing Radiologist details in our database

Supporting the maintenance of the radiologist weekly, weekend and on call rostersManaging relevant statutory databases for doctors and staffDepartment of Health and Medicare complianceAccreditation managementDoctor payroll processing
- Medical Insurance management/compliance

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in radiology or healthcare rostering/workforce planning would be desirable

Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skillsDemonstrated ability to problem-solve and work through problems to achieve the desired resultProven ability to build and manage credible internal and external working relationship
- Strong attention to detail
