Job Responsibilities- You will be the face and voice of our brand providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Sell our products through genuine connections with customers educating them about our features and benefits.
- Manage inbound customer calls/queries via a dedicated system and fulfill orders within business timeframes.
- Assist customers no matter what their reason for visiting the store providing a cohesive brand experience and level of service.
- Connection: Prioritize connection with our customers.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing situations and work as a team to achieve sales targets.
- Expertise: Offer expert advice and educate customers about our products features and benefits.
- Communication: Ensure all Store Communication is followed.
- Support: Support Customer Service on customer-facing issues and resolve in-store where possible.
- Previous retail experience (at least 1 year) with a strong background in achieving sales targets.
- Genuine passion for top-notch customer service helping people end-to-end with a natural ability to develop long-lasting customer relationships.
- Creatively minded with the ability to support people making product and styling decisions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated flexible and positive attitude able to work independently.
