
Roster Coordinator

This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting our critical rostering functions by working collaboratively with stakeholders to understand factors affecting workforce plans, rostering processes, practices, and governance. This ensures a reliable provision of quality care across Residential Care homes.
Key Responsibilities- Support rostering functions and collaborate with stakeholders to understand factors affecting workforce plans, rostering processes, practices, and governance.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in scheduling or rostering employees or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to use databases and Microsoft Office suite programs, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting Awards, ensuring scheduling compliance, industrial instruments, and roster optimisation.
- Demonstrated experience or commitment to customer service focus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A friendly disposition when dealing with employees and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and teamwork skills.
